How many panels do I need?
Each panel is 2700 × 1100 mm and covers about 2.97 m². Multiply your wall's width by its height (in metres), divide by 2.97 and round up. We recommend one spare panel for cuts around power points, windows and corners.
What are the panels made from?
Slim veneered timber slats (35 mm wide with 20 mm gaps) bonded to an acoustic felt backing made from 100% recycled PET. Total profile is about 21 mm.
Do they actually reduce noise?
The felt between and behind the slats absorbs reflected sound, so rooms with hard floors or large windows sound noticeably softer. They improve the acoustics inside a room; they are not soundproofing between rooms.
How do I install them?
The wall needs to be clean, dry and reasonably flat. Mark a vertical line with a level, peel the backing film, position the panel and press firmly from the centre outwards. See our installation guide for the full steps.
Can I cut them to size?
Yes. Cut through the felt between two slats with a sharp knife to make a panel narrower, or across the slats with a fine-tooth saw to shorten it.
Are they suitable for bathrooms or kitchens?
Yes, on walls away from direct water — behind a dining table, beside a vanity, as a kitchen feature wall. Not inside a shower or behind a bath.
