Cancellation Policy

Frostnj Home does not sell subscriptions or recurring-payment products. Every order on frostnj.com is a one-off purchase and you will never be charged again.

To cancel an order that has not shipped yet, email support@frostnj.com with your order number. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, please follow our Refund Policy.
